Privacy Policy

Overview

Fast Tracka is built with privacy as a core principle. Your fasting data stays on your device. We do not require an account, do not collect personal information, and do not share your data with third parties.

Data Storage

All data created within Fast Tracka is stored locally on your device. This includes:

• Fasting session history and timer data
• Goals, schedules, and preferences
• Water intake and quick log entries
• Notification settings

No fasting data is transmitted to external servers. If you delete the app, your data is permanently removed from your device.

Apple Health (HealthKit) Integration

Fast Tracka offers optional integration with Apple Health. If you choose to enable this feature, the app may read and write the following data types:

• Fasting sessions (written to Health)
• Weight (read from Health)
• Blood glucose (read from Health)
• Blood pressure (read from Health)
• Body fat percentage (read from Health)

This integration is entirely optional and requires your explicit permission. Health data accessed through HealthKit is used solely to display information within the app. Fast Tracka does not store HealthKit data outside of what Apple Health manages. HealthKit data is never used for advertising, marketing, or shared with third parties.

Google Health Connect Integration

On Android, Fast Tracka offers optional integration with Health Connect. The same principles apply: data is accessed only with your permission, used solely within the app, and never transmitted externally.

Data Export

Fast Tracka allows you to export your data in JSON format for backup, CSV format for spreadsheets, and PDF format for sharing with health professionals. These exports are generated locally on your device. You control where exported files are saved and shared.

Analytics

Fast Tracka uses Aptabase for anonymous, privacy-focused usage analytics. This collects:

• App launch events
• Feature usage counts (no personal data)
• Device type and OS version

No personally identifiable information is collected. No cookies are used. Analytics data cannot be linked to individual users.

Third-Party Services

Fast Tracka does not integrate with advertising networks, social media trackers, or data brokers. The app does not contain ads.

Children’s Privacy

Fast Tracka is intended for users aged 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 18.

Data Deletion

Since all data is stored on your device, you can delete it at any time by:

• Using the in-app data management options in Settings
• Deleting the app from your device

No server-side data deletion is necessary because no data is stored on our servers.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this privacy policy from time to time. Changes will be reflected on this page with an updated date.
